.@tana_inc transformed my note-taking system from a:
πŸ“š one-dimension knowledge library into
🌌 a multi-dimensional universe of knowledge

Here's How πŸ‘‡
I've tried to stay tool-agnostic when it comes to note-taking, but it's undeniable that Tana has turbo-charged my note-taking & writing like no other tool I have used before.

β€œWe shape our tools and thereafter our tools shape us.” (Marshall McLuhan)
With Tana, I can add extra layers of categorisation while still staying in the flow.

The 'organisation' part mostly stays out of the way. But it opens up so many different ways to view my notes.

Here Are 5 Ways I View My Notes In Tana πŸ‘‡

I just used @tana_inc's new AI Commands to extract:
πŸ‘‰ Key Takeaways
πŸ‘‰ Actions
πŸ‘‰ Step-by-Step Instructions

From @dickiebush & @Nicolascole77 latest video in less than 30 seconds 😬
One of my biggest challenges with video content is that you can't quickly scan through it to see if it's going to be worth the time investment like you can do with written content.

Now with a quick command, I can decide if I want to watch it or just stick with the takeaways.
By the way. I went on to watch the full video because these guys are awesome & I almost never have to decide if it's worth my time to invest in their content.

And if you're interested, here are the full Takeaways, Actions & Step by Step Instructions πŸ‘‡ Image

Ok who is teaching this DM strategy?

I’ve seen this exact same framework in my inboxes for weeks.

It’s certainly a step above a cold DM & at least they have bothered to check out my website.

But it’s still in-authentic.
It’s transactional
It’s icky
Why would I want some stranger I don’t follow, haven’t interacted with to give me advice on my website?

I don’t know you
I don’t trust you

Why would one DM with a mention of something specific from my website suddenly establish that?
Too many people are just unwilling to put in the work to build genuine relationships.

Instead they get sucked in by these short-game tactics.

We have 30 people signed up for the Daily Creator Course πŸ™Œ

I'm SO excited to be sharing my signature method for showing up daily as a creator that feels both joyful & sustainable...

but also produces a prolific amount of content 😁

Here's what we're going to cover πŸ‘‡
Module 1 we'll talk all about setting up a sacred daily creative ritual.

I'm convinced that this has been the KEY πŸ”‘ to the sustainability & prolificness of my creator journey.

A space that's not about the production of content. Just pure curiosity & creativity. Image
Module 2 we'll cover finding your signature platform & style.

Most creators make the mistake of trying to be everywhere straight out of the gate. But it just waters down their presence & their growth.

Instead, I'll talk about how to be memorable & nail one platform at a time. Image

Creating consistent content daily is equal parts ritual & system.

The ritual for me is Wake Up. Make Coffee. Write.

The System is my Daily Creator System. Here's how it works πŸ‘‡
Austin Kleon says "But if you have a sacred place & use it, something will eventually happen."

But just sitting in your sacred space with a coffee isn't going to get content written. You need a system to support you in your practice.
Have Everything In One Place
My daily creator systems live on my daily page in @tana_inc because that is the first thing I open each day.

Rather than have to jump around to different places, I can get started right away by opening up the node.

One of my goals this year is to leverage content in multiple ways.

Rather than stress myself out trying to create different content for every platform, I'm using one idea in multiple ways, on multiple platforms πŸ‘‡ Image
Each week I'm planning on taking one pillar content - either a Youtube Video, Article or Newsletter & turning it into a:

πŸ‘‰ Thread for Twitter
πŸ‘‰ Long Form Linked-In Post
πŸ‘‰ Carousel for Instagram
The idea is not to push people back to the original content. But to:

πŸ‘‰ Stretch the content reach
πŸ‘‰ Present it in different places
πŸ‘‰ Show it in different ways
πŸ‘‰ Multiply the number of eyes on the content
