Entrepreneur Opportunities Cost

Valuation of Startup is Investors work. even to justify it. Entrepreneurs should not worry about it.

Entrepreneur should go all out meet as many investors. No different than dating. Get a sense - how much your idea is valuable.

if you get more than 1 term sheet. you will understand where they value the idea at.

Reach out to founders. They love helping. Speak to founders who have gone through the journey.

Dont get anchored on high-low valuation of the idea.

Encourage founders to self reflect. Look inwards.
SWOT Analysis - Where are the gaps in our team?

@gauravmunjal didnt have a deck. Used whiteboard to explain the idea and story. if you do not understand its your problem.

Ask the questions directly to investors.

Love it when founders ask how we can help them. ask for examples how they have done it in the past.

30-40m seed rounds are not medians. Dont go by it.

Founders should understand the current trend and pulse of the market.

Technology infusion in most industries are less than 2.5%.

It's an Open economy waiting to be disrupted with technology.

Understand the current demand from investors. and play the cards correctly.

I don't think India is over-valued!

Opportunity is huge.

Am bullish about Bharat Commerce.
