ANASOC ( Afghan National Army Special Operations Corps ) commander General Alizai along with a group of Elite Afghan Special forces arrived in Lashkargah last night. @SayedSamiSadat and General Alizai are very close friends, two of Afghanistan’s youngest Generals.

Earlier this afternoon , an armored Humvee packed with explosives was driven against Helmand police HQ in Lashkargah, the suicide attacker detonated his vehicle packed with explosives. At least 15 members of police were wounded in the suicide car bomb attack.

“After a Humvee packed with explosives was detonated against the police HQ in Lashkargah, the police abandoned police HQ, mostly ruins and retreated to the governors office. Routes to the police HQ were close and there were no supplies. For 11 nights defended.”a source tells me.
