On avg, these watch straps will be 3-4$ with a shipping cost of around 80$ for every 20-30 straps
For me avg order value was 89$ so upsells on the landing page was key
Having a 2 straps and get the other for 50% upsell worked wonders and was selling more than just 1 strap

ad cost per sale was 10$ so that leaves you with 50$ in healthy margins... without post-purchase upsell
Now for the kicker, things I would improve to build out a legitimate brand.
1. Making more creatives, I tested everything from 1:1 9:16, and I found for this product specifically ads with 9:16 ratio works wonders. Do not cheap out on ads they are the first thing people see
Logistics is king in the long run, if you have the cash, make that order and pay the bobship(or fulfillment center) for them to ship out
If you get the shipping right, and make sure the quality of the product is good, do not sleep in LTV driven emails, offer exclusive styles not listed for people
In the long term they will get tired of the strap after 30-60 days you now increase your margins
Q4 aligns with apple watch launch you will make so much more money if you capture sales and email today.
With that said, seize the day money doesn’t sleep you do, this will give you the seed money or even serve as an entry to the money printer world.
Some bonus strageties:
#1 Lead magnet, you can run a giveaway watch strap ad to collect leads on avg 4-5$ per lead and then funnel them back with emails into exclusive styles not listed on the store for a nice decrease in CPA
#2 Build a Subscription based watch strap fulfillment, every month subscribers 25$/ month get a new watch strap and price per according to watch style, you can make a standard one for 14$ a month with some of the cheaper styles and premium could 29$ for the higher end styles..
