@CleCityCouncil Joint Committee meeting will "review the updated City of Cleveland Recycling and Waste Collection Program."
@CityofCleveland will be implementing a "bi-weekly, opt-in recycling program" that will require Clevelanders to agree to the recycling program guidelines.
