Project management scope and Time management are critical to the growth of any program or organization.
@takasande #usawaclp #uiclp
Project Management is all about managing time, managing cost and the risk involved in making a project or program with set deliverables (outcomes)
@TakaSande
#usawaclp #uiclp
Defining stakeholders (the one who holds the steak) is critical to the success of any program or project. The moment we don’t define stakeholders that’s when the project starts crumbling
@TakaSande
#usawaclp #uiclp
After defining stakeholders, you need to choose team members or workers. Project will rose or fall as well based on the quality or management but at times you just receive volunteers or friends volunteers to your project. Managing that is critical
@TakaSande
#usawaclp #uiclp
When it’s a project set, you will need to measure staff and volunteers based on the deliverables. It sounds harsh in a community space but it’s critical to actually finishing off a project... so finding competent staff is key
@TakaSande
#usawaclp #uiclp
Project Charter is critical to have it set before any project is intimidated so that whoever joins or is employed for the project they know the focus and the vision and they know by which standard they are evaluated
@TakaSande
#usawaclp #uiclp
Project Management is all based on these three

Quality & Scope
Cost
Time

If at any time one of these factors changes the other two will directly be affected. Project Managers role is critical in making this all happen
@TakaSande
#usawaclp #uiclp
Work Breakdown Schedules

You need to sit down and structure the project before can actually get the project happening. If you fail to plan then most likely the project will fail or you will be dodging bullets and you will have a different outcome

@takasande
#usawaclp #uiclp
If you fail to plan.

Then you will fighting with volunteers and staff
Missing deadlines
Compromising your quality
Problem with suppliers and beneficiaries.

Spend time planning...
Execution Process is easiest when the plan is carefully laid out.
@takasande
#usawaclp #uiclp
Suppliers and Vendors will always challenge or try and take advantage. Be vigilant about that
@takasande
#usawaclp #uiclp
When you end up with a different outcome than what you where meant to have.. it just shows that you failed to plan it or you failed to manage the changes during the project

Today we have @TrudiStevens111 taking the class through this to deal with culturally sensitive communities #USAWACLP #uiclp
We need to create a person centered approach, we need to create a work culture that grows people and the community around us.

We are in a business of change
@TrudiStevens111 #Usawaclp #uiclp
In any community there are custodians and gatekeepers and then we have some people who will be affected positively and negatively with your work of change. Dealing with those dynamics is what we need to do...

#usawaclp #uiclp
