I’m extremely pissed at @GovRonDeSantis. At at 8:42pm tonight my 6 year olds principal called me and told me my child had been exposed to COVID-19. I immediately took her temperature, it was 100.8. I rush and got a test. It came back positive. My baby has COVID 19.
Everyone in my house that is eligible for the vaccine has it. We quarantined for over a year. Our whole family where’s masks indoors everywhere we go. But my baby has COVID. She has it because a someone wanted to score political points with a their base at the expense of my baby.
I’m Immunocompromised compromised. I have had my booster but there is no available data to definitively say, how immune I am. @GovRonDeSantis talks about choice. I didn’t have the choice for e learning. I didn’t have the choice to send my baby to a class with only masked kids.
Im terrified, of what might happen to my child. Im terrified about what might happen to my other children that are not old enough for the vaccine. He promotes treatment vs prevention. He threatens to defund school administrations.
What the hell type of repressive form of governance is he executing? I don’t know what to call it. Is just incompetence or does he care about being in power so much, that he is willing to risk the lives of babies. Is that who you want as your Commander and Cheif?
This is a tragic dereliction of duty the warrants removal of office because he is not capable of making decisions to protect the residents of the State of Florida. He is not upholding his oath. I will be up all watching my child, while he isn’t giving a damn about the rest of us.
