When the vaccine is injected intramuscularly, assume it behaves as expected and drains via the lymphatic system. However, a careless injection could result in vaccine taken up by small veins or venules. Now some is intravascular and travels to the heart, lungs, vessels and brain
The spike protein could be expressed by the endothelial cells causing microthrombi, pulmonary thrombus, stroke or VITT. The spike protein could also cause myocardial damage.
Also possible, the spike protein could be expressed on the myocardial cells if the 2nd dose is intravascular, resulting in IgG mediated damage to the cells. The IgG response would have been primed by the 1st dose. A viable hypothesis? @gerdosi @JeanmarcBenoit
