- There will be a little expiry timer running based on your poke date. Maybe it is 8 months between pokes to start, but it will reduce to 6 months or less between pokes
- So long as you are current, you'll have access to public life. If not, your app goes into restricted mode

- Every time you use your app to access a location (and eventually 24-7), your location will be logged in a central database, which the government can readily access
- Soon more pokes for different things will be required and your financial life will be connected to the app
