Over recent years I realized I would be less annoyed by sexy female designs if there were more sexy male designs. Give me pec and butt sliders! Waist sliders! And like other comments I've seen, yeah, expand what is "sexy"; retire skin tight oufits that'd be hard to move in.

And yeah nah don't just give us some cookie cutter male power fantasy designs either, some bland white crew cut dude with a chisel jaw. Vary that up too, humans are a lot more interesting shapes than that. Don't be lazy!! Also, being slim does not have to detract from ~manliness~

Your character can be thin enough to get snapped like a twig and be manlier than any beefy hero; that's what good design can imply and good writing can confirm. Do the work, don't just toss out cliches and call it a day. Make a variety of interesting characters, any gender.
