Once you define what the good life is for you, every day will bring new chances to live it.
And if a day is blank, tomorrow will be another day.
Include things that don't need money
-Sunshine
-Laughter
-A potted plant
-Sketching
-Writing
-A walk
-A dance
Life is for the alive
Lack of this awareness of the simple things that make a good life becomes a predicament when one wants to do a big spend.
It is best to define it when times are dire and hope is little.
That is the moment for Visioning. And if you can know that one thing viscerally. That's it
'Establish business relations with poverty.' - Seneca, Epistles
Suppose a man/woman would like to be a cobbler because cobblership gives him a ready tool to:
-Serve the world
-Feed himself
-Express his gift
-Kill time without injuring eternity.
How must he proceed?
First, the world will put him on the Wrong Path.
He must return to his Path
The World that puts a man on a Wrong Path begins its work early.
The child is engulfed in a sea of mirrors and flashing lights.
The Government overrides the wish of the parents and say the child must be on a Wrong Path.
If the Parents are wise, they will Know this. And whisper
If the child is lucky, they will hearken to the Whisper and await for the right time to leave the Wrong Path.
Viscerally, the child, as a young adult, will have fair chances.
Opportunity will come. And soon, if they do not forget the Whisper, they will be able to be on The Way.
The Path will be hard. But if a whole life has been waiting, devotion will make it easy.
It is for this reason that the things that are revealed, belong to you. No person can define for another.
The Path has never existed before. It is new to the world of Wrong Paths.

The beginning point of all to-build decisions should be, "Why?"
Not how many rooms.
Because the most important part of the house is the person and their spirit which inhabits and reflects on the material world (Interiors, Allocation of space, Function and Size of spaces etc)

I love using the example of the lowly because it covers everyone up the status rank.
Q. If i were a Cobbbler, how would i build my first house?
I would not declare it MUST be a 3 bedroom house. That would be a fatal mistake.
I would probably wish for a big tree to sit under.
