Job titles matter (zapier.com/blog/job-title…) TLDR 🧡
If recruiters or business owners are getting enough applications, they might only have time to scan your application and resume. They're likely to notice the titles that closely match what they're looking for.
It's also important to note that hiring managers love to see growth over the years, and even if your responsibilities shifted, it can get lost if it's all under one title.

Many of us are stuck in the wrong jobs and due to this idea of not quitting, we waste a lot of productive years.
We don’t quit because of a cognitive bias known as the sunk cost fallacy, which basically means we continue to do something that is not helping us, but because we have already invested our time, energy and resources.

I've been reading this research where studied how physical appearance is linked to income, some highlights πŸ‘‡
The researchers estimated β€œthat one centimeter increase in stature (converted in height) is associated with approximately $998 increase in family income for a male who earns $70,000 of the median family income.”
For women, the researchers estimated that β€œone unit decrease in obesity (converted in BMI) is associated with approximately $934 increase in the family income for a female who earns $70,000 of family income.”
