Ep 1: The Bordelons are back. Francis Bordeaux faces the consequences of burning down the sugar mill. Charley is facing off with Parker for the future of St. Joe, Hollywood, and Aunt Vi are STILL couple goals, and Ralph Angel proposes to Darla in the cutest proposal of ALL TIME!

Ep 2: Davis and Charley reunite to see Micah at college, where he reveals to them he is in a fraternity. Ralph Angel and Darla start preparing for their upcoming wedding. Nova meets Calvin’s family for the first time and has this not so nice run-in with Calvin’s ex-wife.

Ep 3: The pandemic hits St. Joe. Ralph Angel looks for other means of income. Micah returns home from college as he and Charley navigate their way through boundaries. Concerned about his mother, Hollywood tries to visit her — she is let off the ventilator and sadly dies.

Ep 4: Micah and Charley continue to navigate their relationship as they quarantine together. Ralph Angel makes an impact at his new job. Calvin’s daughter comes to visit. Micah begins to help Charley as she prepares to fight against Parker and Landry for the future of St. Joe.

Ep 5: #AQUEENSUGARWEDDING It’s the wedding everyone has been waiting for — Darla and Ralph Angel get married in a beautiful ceremony held on the farm. The entire family attends. This is definitely a season highlight!

Ep 6: Newlyweds Ralph Angel and Darla set off on their honeymoon. The world is shaken by the murder of George Floyd. Nova begins to question Calvin on his stance on police brutality. Darla and Ralph Angel return home early and to give Blue “the talk” about being black in America

Ep 7: The community comes together to march against police brutality and injustice. Aunt Vi becomes concerned about how Hollywood is coping with his mother’s death. Blue, Darla, and Ralph Angel encounter a scary incident with a police officer. Charley contracts Covid-19.

Ep 8: Charley calls Davis to help nurse her back to health. Darla’s mother begins to press her about letting Blue attend a private school in Washington D.C. for gifted children. Nova considers her future with Calvin. Davis and Charley begin to work on their relationship.

Ep 9: Charley considers getting back together with Davis. Ralph Angel and Darla consider sending Blue to school in D.C., with push back from Aunt Vi. Blue decides he wants to go to school in D.C. Nova finds out that Calvin paralyzed a young back man while on the job years prior.

Ep 10: Darla and Ralph Angel send Blue off to D.C. Hollywood and Aunt Vi reconnect after going through a rough couple of weeks. Charley decides to give Davis another chance at their relationship. Nova confronts Calvin about the truth — resulting in Calvin turning himself in.
