#BombayHighCourt adjourns hearing of the CBI application seeking documents from the #MaharashtraGovernment by 2 weeks after it is informed that CBI has received documents as promised by the State.

Senior Advocate Rafique Dada for #MaharashtraGovernment: We have just received a letter from CBI. It is dated August 31 but I received it just today. I will check what they want, and if it is covered in our undertaking, I will hand it over.

Additional Solicitor General Anil Singh for CBI: They have provided documents to CBI. Milords may just simply adjourn the application by two weeks and keep it pending. Let us check if the order has been complied with or not.

Bench led by Justice SS Shinde: This investigation is in CBI domain and it is now their exclusive jurisdiction. Dada agreed to giving documents, and ASG will check.
Once Investigation agency steps in then Courts cannot step in.
