🚨🚨#Scam #CryptoScam
Received a facebook post today which claims that Azim Premji gave an exclusive interview to the @IndianExpress where he shared a new investment platform called 'Bitcoin Loophole' which in his words is the 'fastest way to make a windfall of cash'
From the get go its clear that this is a scam but the manner in which its done is interesting, kinda amusing but still few may fall for it.
The operators behind this 'Bitcoin Loophole' made a fake @IndianExpress page to host this article. The URL for the pg says 'primenews.to' & not Indian Express. Now, if you stay on the page for a few seconds then a pop up comes prompting you to invest in this scheme.
The article also claims that 'Bitcoin Loophole' is backed by the likes of @richardbranson, @elonmusk and @BillGates
My favorite part are the testimonies on the side. They've put one using a pic of @GitaGopinath, the chief economist at IMF but named her Bhagya Deol from Bangalore 😂🤣
So, if you click on any tab, image or link on this entire page it redirects to a site which asks you to invest right away. It has a cringy video which tells how folks became 'financially independent' after signing up to this revolutionary software.
So, what is 'Bitcoin Loophole'? I came across another one their website where they claim to be an AI driven trading platform 'that automatically makes money for users speculating on bitcoin.'
Is it a scam? The website tells us that 'Bitcoin Loophole' is legit and gives a sketchy reasoning for the same. In an attempt to establish legitimacy they claim that they have been targets of 'fake news and gossip' & few celebs as listed below were falsely associated with them.
While they make all these claims there is no information about the company, the people who are running it, contact information etc on the website.
The way they assure you upfront that they aren't a scam as they are generating returns using a AI driven software is kind of a new, more sophisticated way to dupe new to the crypto space, especially those who are traders, this may seem like a believable product.
Also, by using a well-known media outlet like the Indian Express, they are very aggressively targeting the Indian user.
Such scams come & go in every crypto bull run but when in doubt always remember what Charlie Munger once said.
“When any guy offers you a chance to earn lots of money without risk, don’t listen to the rest of his sentence. Follow this, and you’ll save yourself a lot of misery.”

1/8 DMart shut its outlet in Mira Road and turned it into a dark store. This is the first store shut down by DMart ever since they started operations nearly two decades ago. @ETPrime_com

2/8 There has been a rise in the number of dark stores globally due to Covid-19. In September, Amazon opened its first dark store dedicated to Whole Foods e-grocery fulfilment. In August, Walmart-owned Flipkart opened dark stores across India in order to take on Reliance JioMart.
3/8 "Typically, dark stores aren’t located in any prime areas, the economies are very different. So, if it is a fully functional and profitable store it doesn’t make sense to convert it into a dark store," says @asinghal2004

Nearly 3 weeks ago my mum and sister both tested +ve for #Covid19. I am sharing the whole experience here bcoz I think it might be of some help to others, especially those living in #MiraBhayandar. 1/n
Firstly, both of them are fine now & back at home but the entire ordeal was mentally and physically taxing for me and my family. 2/n
It started with my mum. She first had a fever and no other symptoms. Since it was raining incessantly we thought it might be the usual flu and gave her a paracetamol post which her fever was gone but nearly 2 days later she started coughing and complained about chest pain. 3/n

Came across this joke. It made me giggle.

Once upon a time in a village in India, a man announced to the villagers that he would buy 🐒 for $10. The villagers seeing there were many 🐒🐒 around, went out to the forest and started catching them. 1/7
The man bought 3000 at $10, but, as the supply started to diminish, the villagers stopped their efforts. The man further announced that he would now buy at $20. This renewed the efforts of the villagers and they caught 2000 more. 2/7
Soon the supply diminished even further and people started going back to their farms. The offer rate increased to $25 and the supply of 🐒🐒 became so little that it was an effort to even see a 🐒, let alone catch it! The villagers still caught 500. 3/7
