03.08.16 My heart is so heavy..

Today is my 5th year anniversary..
It should be a celebration for us however my husband is rotting away in a cell for a crime he didn't commit.

It's been 310 days.. I can't imagine the pain he's in.. 😭💔

Except for the year 2019 (when my husband was released from a concentration camp), he has spent 4 of our anniversaries in arbitrary detention 😭
My husband is the most gentle kind-hearted person I know. He doesn't deserve this suffering.

It's the 21st century. You'd think that a husband & wife should be able to spend their anniversary together but no, not for the Uyghurs.
China is committing a genocide against my people whilst the world turns a blind eye.
