There’s a lot of people that post great content on here. So I’d like to share some of the best, and how you can use their strategies to add to your own playbook. ✅
@ThetaWarrior: Gives weekly focus lists, lotto Friday watchlists, and helpful options info constantly.
I use TW for confirmation when I make watchlists to make sure I’m seeing the same sectors. Additionally, when TW calls unusual options activity,
I always keep the plays on watch. TW’s calls are watched by tens of thousands, so it is likely that tweets themselves are capable of bringing flow. I often utilize the lotto Friday watchlists, as many tickers make repeat appearances - familiarity and predictability.
@data168: Specializes in live calls, does not tweet exits, swings options regularly, big-picture trader that has favorite tickers.
🐬 is a seasoned veteran. I’ve followed for long enough to where I blindly trust the calls but I always verify before entering.
The simplistic approach with no price callouts or exits leaves everything to the trader’s discretion.
I use 🐬‘s tweets as ideas because they see things and focus on sectors that I am often blind to. Sometimes the calls are stocks you’ve never heard of, but they bank.
When seeing a 🐬 call, I check the chart to see if it fits my style, I may choose a different strike, I may wait for more consolidation. I mind my own risk, just grateful for the idea.
@notmrmanziel: Specializes in being early on big moves, buying laggers, sector rotation, sympathy plays
I’m in his private, but so are many of my followers, so this is still applicable. If your calls show up on CNBC, it proves you can bring some volume.
If Manz calls a play and you don’t get a fill, try a different strike, or a similar stock. TLRY = ACB in this case. The best way to utilize Manz is for his knowledge. If you see UPST moving, you should already know he’s looking at SOFI. Train your mind to think about sympathies.
For example, there are tons of EV’s. If he prefers LCID, try FSR. As long as there isn’t company-specific news, anyone should be able to be self-sufficient based purely off of sector momentum.
Other traders that I regularly get ideas from: 👀
@BullishMont - focus on inside bar setups, daily watchlists @RockyBTrades - focus on hot sectors, has an eye for great setups @DBookTrading - big picture trader, swings regularly, dabbles in small caps @SpyGuyTrading - flow god
