Mahajan- IFS, IRS and others are exempt and its does not say it operates retrospectively. There was no exemption in 2020 at all. 520 vacancies have been exempted which is illegal and it should be counted to make the 4% reservation.
Mahajan- my prayer is for a stay on the further process of exam. Sept 22 is the last stage of personality test. Or in the alternative the result of the exam should be subject to the outcome of this petition.
Chief Justice DN Patel- we will hear both sides and decide accordingly.
