2/ these volunteers hid deep in hot rat infested tight spaces inside merchant ships & even chained themselves to each other and to the ship’s beams in a form of a modern sit in protest to remain on the ship and not be asked to disembark.
3/ these foreign African workers, determined to live the American dream, overcome with joy and enthusiasm, didn’t even care about food while crossing the Atlantic. They all said: we will grow our own food and cotton when we get to the promised land. Hell we ll even do it for free

I remember when former presidents left after a peaceful transfer of power, didn’t take boxes of classified material, didn’t get raided by the FBI but rather got together, roasted each other and raised money for humanitarian causes.
Watch this, then think : Trump.
It is insane
To be fair, this was trumps participation at the event to raise money for hurricane relief
Even when dubya, the guy who started an endless bloody war, black site waterboarding, the patriot act….was likable in these moments when he made sense and inadvertently predicted trump. Listen.
