0/ Solana Gaming - Mega Thread

The quality of games coming to @Solana is MIND BLOWING. There is the clear 4-5 heavyweights that everybody knows, then a mix of NEW players doing some NFT drops trying to establish a loyal community. Excited for ALL of them...
1/ @staratlas - The most anticipated game on ANY chain. PERIOD. They are already so hyped, thus I don't post about them much on my account. BUT I am an early investor, bought high 6 figs in ships, GIGA BULLISH on the team. Top Quality All Around!
2/ @AuroryProject - Second most anticipated Gaming release on @Solana. Check sample trailer below. Team is executing very well. Did a 10K NFT Drop and art was very well done. Attention to detail is obvious. Super BULLISH on this one also!
3/ @ProjectSeedGame - Honestly, I haven't followed this one as much, but I took a look at the trailer below, DAMNN!! That looks AMAZING! MUST watch it. I am now as excited about this one as the 2 above. Will be monitoring it in case any drops happen...
4/ @OpenEraHQ - This one has the makings of being amazing, but demos and updates have been slow and sparse. Not sure how it is developing, but it is one of the top anticipated games to be released. Would love to see updates more often to know progress is happening...
5/ @DeFi_Land - I have a feeling gamified Defi will be BIG, just not sure am grasping the HOW or WHY. I am a large yield farmer. Time is my most valuable asset. I just want yield. I don't want to play a game. I am clearly missing something.. 🤷‍♂️

6/ With the MAIN 5 people already know about listed above, now lets take a look at the smaller ones just starting to reveal themselves or not as widely known and see if there are any diamonds in the rough...

7/ @genopets - Coming in hot with the "Move-to-Earn" concept. This looks fun. I am sure they will have to work in some anti-fraud measures with people trying to game it, BUT the CONCEPT of "Staying active" to influence your pet is DIFFERENT. I LIKE IT.
8/ @SolanaValley - 2 SOL for 10K drops is usually an EASY pass. BUT these will have utility in their future game. I am skeptical of any NFT project saying they are building a game, but this team HAS experience. Check out some previous work by the team:

10/ @pfl_game - Plush Fight League is building a PvP battle game. Check the trailer below. Quality looks SOLID. Characters are also cute. Still to be seen if people will care about a PvP game, BUT this looks as good as any IMO. They deserve more attention
11/ @SolChicksNFT- Mint starts September 14th 5:00 PM UTC. 3 SOL, 10K Mint. VERY expensive. Will think this one over. They have a sample video below showing breeding, some fight mechanics. So it DOES look like a game is being developed. (cont)
12/ The whole team looks like ex-investment bankers. So not sure where the game dev background or experience is. They DO have a detailed feature list on this page though

Sounds like it could get addicting. Send robot into battle. Don't like how you would bet with SOL. Prefer an in-game currency. Team is friendly!
14/ @cheesy_dizzy This is a weird one honestly. Weird art style, and concept is decent. Claiming to be Play to Earn. Worth checking out their Discord to try and understand what they are building to see if you find it attractive. May be a sleeper. Not sure lol
15/ @GuildVerse - They are hustling. They created a custom avatar for @redacted_j and he slapped it up as his avatar. Short game action below but I believe the game won't be out till 2022. So just take that into consideration...
16/ @SGFUnited - Team is creating a PvP fighting game. Not as far along as some other projects but from talking to the team, they have solid game experience background and I think they can pull this off. A solid project IMO

@solantasy - No set game concept, but game is planned
@SolSlimesNFT - Will use NFT funds to build game. Seems sincere.

19/ @CryowarDevs - HOLY SHIT. No clue how I missed this one. Quality is CRAZY GOOD and appears to be right up there with the TOP tier ones. Watch the sample below. Are you guys raising a round?? If so, I would love to get involved. This is quality I can get down with.

0/ Looks like the Profile Header projects are coming SOON. None have been able to pick up a lot of attention from investors but that MAY change.

I like them, as figuring out what to put as my Twitter header is always a challenge.

Lets look at some projects in this space...
0/ First up @skylineNFT . Some beautiful art here. Loving the vibe. Could easily see something like this as my header photo if I didn't have a custom one. They put up a roadmap in their Discord, so I recommend joining it and taking a look at what they have planned.
1/ Next up @scapesnft . They are adding a nice UNIQUE twist it..

"Ability to break a Scape up into its individual parts which will be their own NFTs. They can then trade these parts and buy better, rarer parts and then… recombine them into a new NFT."

0/ I was planning on doing a daily look at new NFT projects coming out on @Solana but decided against it when I realized quite a few were just looking like money grabs.

There is now like 50-100 new NFT projects launching. I will mention some below to maybe look at deeper....DYOR
1/ I won't mention the clear top upcoming ones which are @SoliensNFT & @RogueSharkTank

I still need to see their mint prices to see if they make sense, but they should both be very hyped and sell out quick IMO

Will focus on other ones I have not yet talked about yet...
2/ I have never mentioned this one prior but it deserves a mention @dogsontheblock mainly for the fact that they do Live Drawings in their Discord. Trying hard to build a community. Not sure on mint price, but maybe worth catching a live drawing and some music one night!

0/ Whew. Took a few days to relax over the Holiday weekend. Feeling a bit refreshed! Haven't minted much the past few days and sorry for not providing thoughts on any of the recent NFT launches.

Let me throw a tip out there for you...
1/ I mentioned this on my Twitter Spaces session with @MonkeDAO but I still think there is some ALPHA to be had tracking projects doing auctions on @holaplex

Step 1: Follow @holaplex
Step 2: Find as many independent artists you can
Step 3: Set Auction Reminders
Step 4: BUY!
2/ I won't mention any specific ones at the moment but I think many are going under the radar. I will share what I have been buying up in a few days.

I think it is a decent opportunity primarily due to it taking MORE work to find, etc..
