Anyway, the plaintiff sued the PCP, ortho and the radiologist.
The radiologist literally said they recommend a CT scan in the report. But no one did it. And they still got sued.

Also, I may eventually start a company that searches through your hospital's entire radiology database to identify missed incidental findings and flag them.
Could charge 100k/hospital/year and still save them a ton of money because these lawsuits are EVERYWHERE.
