#BREAKING | Reports: Delhi Police Special Cell busts #Pakistan organised terror module, arrests six persons including two trained terrorists. Explosives and firearms recovered in a multi-state operation.
We have arrested one Sameer from Kota, two persons arrested from Delhi and three people arrested from Uttar Pradesh. Out of the 6 people, two were taken to Pakistan via Muscat where they were trained in explosives & firearms including AK-47 for 15 days: Delhi Police Special Cell
The arrested have stated that there were 14-15 Bangla speaking persons in their group who might have been taken for similar training. It looks like this operation was closely coordinated from across the border: Neeraj Thakur, Special CP, Delhi Police Special Cell
They formed 2 teams-one was being coordinated by Dawood Ibrahim's brother,Anees Ibrahim, it was tasked to get the arms into India from across the border&keeping them concealed here.The other team was to arrange funding via Hawala: Delhi Police Special Cell
The men were allegedly trained in Pakistan and tasked with execution of terror attacks & targeted killings in Delhi, UP and Maharashtra during the festival season.
Delhi Police Special Cell were tipped off by a central agency last month that a Pakistan abetted & sponsored terror group was planning to execute serial IED blasts in India.
DCP Pramod Singh Kushwah: Osama and Zeeshan, who are Pakistan-trained terror operatives working under the instructions of the Pak-ISI, were tasked to conduct recon of different suitable locations in Delhi and UP for placing the IEDs
DCP Kushwah: On 14 September on the basis of intelligence gathered through human, as well as technical nodes, simultaneous raids were conducted in different states.
A Delhi court has sent accused persons Jan Mohammed Shaikh, Osama, Moolchand, and Mohd. Abu Bakar to 14 days police custody: Delhi Police Special Cell
Delhi Court sends the remaining two accused Jeshan Qamar and Amir Javed to 14-day Police custody.
Investigation reveals that the terror suspects were trained under a major or Lieutenant rank officer named Ghazi. There were two subordinates named Jabbar and Hamza: Delhi Police Special Cell Sources on Pak-organised terror module busted and six people arrested yesterday
#Pakistan-backed terror module busted: Mumbai Police & Crime Branch detail travel agent, who booked a train ticket for the alleged terrorists for Delhi on September 13.

We all know Indian Judiciary even today is essentially feudal. These feudal practices are evident to us among by the element of subordination which we practice among the judges of the District Judiciary: Justice DY Chandrachud
Judges of the district judiciary being made to wait when a judge of the higher court is coming into the district at the border. District Judges are not allowed to sit when they talk to High Court judges or even higher: Justice DY Chandrachud.
These are some of the symbols of the subordination of district judiciary. We need to move from a feudal to a more modern and futurusitic Indian judiciary and that change can happen only if our mindsets change: JusticeChandrachud.
