City of Johannesburg Speaker of Council, Cllr Nonceba Molwele is deeply saddened by the tragic death of City of Johannesburg Executive Mayor, Cllr Jolidee Matongo.

The untimely passing of the Mayor happened after he had participated in a local government voter registration drive in his birthplace, Soweto, alongside President @PresidencyZA, Premier @David_Makhura, @Speaker_CoJ of Council and fellow Members of the Mayoral Committee.
