Before you get married, open this Thread
There are things you need to discuss with your potential spouse before marriage. These topics should never be overlooked with the hope that things will fall in place. It might not. Talk!!!
There are also ways you can prepare
1. Prepare to be committed
2. Start thinking “We” instead of “Me.”

Marriage is a partnership. It will serve you well to remember you are on the same team. Make time to pursue activities together and explore common interests.
3. Find a mentor couple.

Seek out an older, more experienced, happily married couple to provide wisdom and support to you as you begin your adventure together.
4 Attend a premarital education class or premarital counseling.

Couples who attended premarital education BEFORE marriage found it to be helpful down the road. It will teach you communication skills and conflict management tools, along with addressing appropriate expectations

5 Talk about your expectations for marriage

What are your goals for your marriage? How will you decide who does what around the house? Who will manage the money? Discuss your goals to help ensure a successful marriage. Unrealistic and unmet expectations often lead to resentment.
6. Talk about money.

Save yourselves a lot of future headaches by discussing your spending habits and spending plans and goals. Always spend less than you make, save a little for a rainy day, and try to avoid debt.
7. Talk about children.

Will you have children? If so, how many children would you like to have? When would you like to have kids? Will both of you work or will one of you stay home?
8. How will work/friends/family/social activities affect your marriage? Also, discuss boundaries for your marriage.
9. Discuss Intimacy
•What do you consider “cheating” in a marriage?
•How often do you expect sexual intimacy?
•What boundaries do you have when it comes to sexual intimacy?
•If physical attraction were eliminated, what would be left in our relationship?
10. READ PREPARING FOR MARRIAGE BOOKS

There are many marriage books out there that you can start reading together as a couple. Read the books together and talk about what you are learning. Don’t wait until you run into problems to start learning about successful marriages!
11. ESTABLISH LIVING EXPECTATIONS
Once living together, you’ll need to decide who wants to do what, and when? When will the laundry be done, once per week? How often will you clean bathrooms and who will be doing that? Who is handling finances and how will you be doing that?
12. BAN THE WORD DIVORCE WHEN YOU ARE PREPARING FOR MARRIAGE
Be united in the idea that Divorce is NOT an option. Decide now that marriage is a commitment that you will prioritize until the end of your days. When the option of divorce is taken out of the equation, suddenly a drive
to fix issues and resolve problems becomes the only option. Rather than turning to an attorney to fix a marriage, you work together to fix your marriage.

Twitter came very handy for Buhari to criticize Johnathan for many years and campaign for votes. In his tenure Twitter has become a threat to Nigeria Unity and has been banned.

Buhari and supporters granted many interviews on Channels TV and
many other TV stations freely criticizing Johnathan. In Buhari’s administration, any TV station which grants an interview to a critic is called for questioning.

If Johnathan had done even half of the things Buhari is doing, the North would have called for his impeachment.

On this Day 6 years ago, I passed my first professional MBBS examination- with a Distinction in Human Anatomy.

On my very first anatomy class, I completed a lecturer’s sentence. The way the class was arranged was such that I was sitting behind him.
He said: “I don’t know your face and I will not bother to find out but when I hear a Distinction student speak, I know it.”

This pushed me to my breaking point. I read Anatomy like a mad man. I read Gray’s Anatomy and Keith Moore’s cover to cover.
Atlas was always inside my bag. I practically lived with a real human skull I borrowed from the anatomy demonstration lab for 1 whole year. I had to have the names of all the foramen at my finger tips and the names of every nerve, artery and vein that passed through them as well
