People who staked for 90 days in Pool 02 would not be able to join the New NFT Collection Staking Pool.

They'd need to buy more VPU and another VPunk in order to do so.

Those who stake/staked in Pool 02 before 9/21, will be eligible to join Pool 03 (NFT Collection Pool) to receive tickets that can be counted towards the amount of VPU they stake in Pool 02.

What about the people who staked in Pool 01 late? Pool 01 closed on September 5th so that would push out their eligibility?
