time to watch girls planet 999 ep. 7: a thread

the combination mission so fun to watch bc the girls always surprise me with their constant improvement. kim bo ra's group was so good last week. everyone did well.

yurina harmonizing w her group made me wanna cry watching it. i was worried abt her for a bit but yurina always puts 100% into her performances and practice. she deserves to be in top 9 and i hope she stays there!

ok now onto this week lol

huang xing qiao proved she could work harder and get better results last week so i hope she does the same this time around. it's always a shame when someone stops showing potential. when she messes up she laughs which is relatable but she should focus more

ye young is showing good leadership so far in the "all about you" team 👍

the visual of this stage and their voices are so beautiful i have so many chills. i love when they look at each other <3 the planet masters said ye young seemed like the main vocal of the final debut group 🥲

huang xing qiao messed up a little but at least she didn't laugh !! ye young and miu killed it tho

i have high expectations for the group covering mafia in the morning by itzy (mashiro, ji won, fu ya ning) they're all talented but i'm not rooting for fu ya ning in the slightest

plz the editing is so funny when they're describing their concept 😭 black and white w shots of them crying?? i'm dead

the wink during the killing part omg. if i had to pick a favorite during this stage it'd be mashiro.

the choreo and acting is so cool im fan girling hard rn mashiro and ji won have my heart 💜 i'm glad they had fun on stage

very nervous for the vvs group lmao i hope they're not too cute for rapping. the planet masters can hardly take them seriously. neither can i tbh especially the skrt skrt ad libs LMAOO

liang jiao won't make it to the final top 9 imo. she's still young and lacks focus. i feel for her though cause of the language barrier.

rocky start but their energy and cuteness made it watchable. when it was kamimoto kotone's turn i was shocked bc her voice is deep in comparison to her teammates and she did the best imo. chae yun also held it down.

woo won jae laughing everytime they said skrt skrt never fails to make me smile. he was right in his critique of their stage; it wasn't well done and their rap needs improvement, but it was pleasant to watch.

my sea group makes me nervous. shana lacks the confidence required to pull it off; i hope that changes. ji yoon has strong vocals but this song is so difficult :/

chae hyun is my favorite of this group. all their voices are so pretty and powerful though. ji yoon was the only one who didn't meet planet masters expections :/

my house team has my personal favorite, seo young eun, so i hope she can showcase her vocals. wang ya le is funny and i liked her mic drop performance, but she seems like a difficult team member. she's over confident in her skills which will only set her back in the future.

their outfits and energy are everything. they suit the concept so well. ayana surprised me cause she improved a lot. i will never get tired of watching seo young eun perform; i sincerely hope she debuts.

salute team has ji a (favorite), cai bing, do ah, risako (+more). i have high expectations for them. i already know seo young eun is gonna cheer hard for ji a; as will i.

cai bing has consistently been off beat. i like her visuals and skills but her personality frustrates me. she really said "i'm the leader. i think i can do whatever i want...no more opinions." that's not good leadership or teamwork 😐

JI A IS SO TALENTED OMFG EVERYTHING SHE DOES IS A KILLING PART! do ah has such a range w the concepts she can pull off too! i love this stage; the intensity, choreo, and visuals were amazing. cai bing was a little fast at times 😒 but whatever.

everyone in fate team is talented. shen xiao ting, su rui qi, ye seo, choi yu jin, may, and moana. they're performance is going to be strong.

everyone looks like they're on the verge of tears watching this stage, including me. ye seo was so full of emotion there wasn't a dry eye in sight.

group winning results:
3-members: mafia in the morning 93.83/100 (vocal)
6-members: fate 95/100 (dance)
9-members: salute + they didn't say the score lol (dance)
