Rukshan streaming that the cops have offerred the crowd to move on peacefully & leave if they want to. Some think the point has been made for the day. Concerns are that there is a very small minority who would not leave/cause issues but they want things to end peacefully for all.
UPDATE: Any protesters wanting to leave can go via St Kilda road peacefully now according to one of the PORT captains.

Cops have now openly said on the speaker people can leave via St Kilda Rd. Many choosing not to leave but still remain peaceful at a distance. Now chanting "stand your ground".

In fairness, the lack of any misbehaviour by the crowd seems to have stumped the cops on what to do. Think there's some real hesitation to instigate violence on the shrine grounds.
