Jonathon Zarembok, a former BP staff member, alleges that bribery for oil contracts from NNPC was used to support the 2019 general elections.

According to Bloomberg, the bribes paid to win oil contracts were used to fund the 2019 general election
In a witness statement, Bloomberg reported that the former employee said the emails sent in 2017 by a BP executive in Nigeria were a “clear red flag” and implied “there would be pressure to pay bribes.”
Zarembok was said to have filed an employment claim against BP, stating that he was “fired for raising concerns about the large sums being transferred to intermediaries to win business in Nigeria.”
“The company then wired $900,000 in fees to a local agent after securing two oil cargoes from NNPC,” he was quoted as saying.

How will you respond, when your world caves in? Will you dare choose faith?

Job 1-2

#TutsyDailyScriptures
Three things choosing faith WON'T do for someone who suffers,
1. Choosing faith in the midst of suffering will not eliminate the pain.
2. Choosing faith in the midst of suffering will not stop the questions.
3. Choosing faith will not create a "logical" reason for your suffering.
Three things faith will DO for someone who suffers,

1. Choosing faith in the midst of suffering WILL remind u that God is in control.
2. Choosing faith in the midst of suffering will be a rare gift to God.
3. Choosing faith in the midst of suffering will bring u closer to God.

No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation, he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it. (1 Corinthians 10:13)

#TutsyDailyScriptures
“No temptation.” I love that phrase. It covers them all. But the temptations that Paul is talking about specifically in the preceding verses are sexual immorality (1 Corinthians 10:8) and grumbling (1 Corinthians 10:10).
And they are the most dangerous temptations we face because they’re aimed at where we are weakest: our profound, pathological fallen selfishness. This is why Satan concentrates most of his efforts on them.

1. The impunity going under @MBuhari is terrible. At National Directorate of Employment (NDE), the DG was removed on Monday for an unqualified Northerner. In civil service rules, the most senior director will immediately resume as the acting DG until d govt appoints another one.
2. The most senior director is a Christian and an igbo but very competent & hardworking , an unqualified Northern was imposed.
3. For the first time, this rule was broken with dramatic act from the government. A very competent woman was the right & most senior director, was to resume the office as the acting DG, yesterday around 8am, DSS officers with, armed with GUNS, surrounded the office premises
