Included in the reconciliation package are taxes that will affect everyone, not just people making over 400k per year:

Mileage tax. Anyone who drives.

Unrealized capital gains tax. If you have investment account, an IRA or 401k and have not taken any proceeds from it...

any equity in that account will be taxed as income.

Per head of cattle tax. If you eat meat, the cost of beef and pork goes up beyond inflation.

There are puhlenty of other "hidden" taxes just for you.

And just to make sure you don't even think about hiding any income, any bank transaction over $600 will be monitored by the IRS... any check you write or deposit you make.

So, the next time you hear @POTUS @JoeBiden claim he is not raising taxes on anyone making less than $400k per year, you can say with gusto...

If you have equity in your home, is that going to be considered unrealized capital gains counted as income?

If so, they just bankrupted any homeowner in CA.
