I was not aware of this report, it was not mentioned by anybody in last nights full Council meeting

We should have had an update on this on the 2nd September almost 2 months after 1st draft of letter sent to TH

But we were told report was not ready & they could not mention findings
I know need to find out if draft of letter was ever changed, where we stonewalled in hope that OFSTED would soften down the letter?
Report is not all bad, & not as bad 2017 failure but still disappointed

in findings as we knew inspection was coming for a year at least & told that while Council & CCG knew they had problems they were working on them
But I did not expect it is to be this bad (although why I am surprised I do not know)
We desperately need more opposition Cllrs
