I produced some teaching resources for #BlackHistoryMonth

Providing diversity in context, taking a look at the significant contribution to the war effort made by the British Commonwealth of Nations during WWII.

We can teach BHM without CRT #DontDivideUs

Don't get me wrong, I don't think Black History Month should exist.

Black history is a part of British history. No need to segregate.

However, some schools feel obliged to address BHM, so I'd rather provide CRT-free resources so they can do so without compromising themselves.
In English schools, we teach about the history that shaped our nation; British history, European history, world history. We should not separate history based on skin colour.

My resources focus on the Commonwealth contribution to WWII. Sikhs, Burmese, Jamaicans, Australians. 🪖🌍

Just your run-of-the-mill thuggish behaviour, not racism.

This is the problem with seeing the world through a racial lens, you end up seeing racism everywhere, even where it doesn’t exist.

Let’s see if the MSM apologises for incorrectly reporting on this for the past few days.
Social media, too. Care to retract, @Quicktake @Twitter?
Anything to say, @BBCNews @BBCNWT?

Just because someone happens to be black, does not mean any criticism of that person is automatically racially motivated.

Being mean to a white person is just mean. Being mean to a black person is racism? How’s that assumption not racist?!

Kemi Badenoch condemned the use of dangerously irresponsibly racial slurs toward people who dare to think differently:

Racism-denier, race-traitor, uncle tom, coconut, house slave/negro.

A deplorable tactic designed to intimidate ethnic minority people from expressing views.
Dangerously irresponsible*.
Labour MP @DawnButlerBrent clearly didn't get the memo:

"This is gaslightin' on a national scale", calling people "racial gatekeepers".

Ms Butler shows no nuance or responsibility, disgracefully continuing to stoke division.

This shows how far the Labour Party has fallen.
