S.O.S. Help NEEDED ASAP

Three and half weeks ago, I moved into a Room For Rent; paying 1st, Last & Security. I was extremely grateful when I did FINALLY find the Room, in Boston, a reasonable priced Room isn't easy to find but I did! My 'Landlord' asked me not to speak to the...
Family who lives Downstairs as they were in the Process of being Evicted. I honored his request, happy just to get a room! Everything seemed fine until a Week later. I came home from Work and a Letter was Hanging on my door! I opened it up not thinking much of it but SURPRISE!..
After Six Days an Eviction Notice for No Specified Reason (What So Ever!). Now I am blindsided! I have less than Three Weeks, 30 Days to Vacate the Premise! I am shocked at this point. Devasted, honestly. Now I talk to the People downstairs and they are going thru the EXACT SAME.
Situation. I see why this 'Landlord' didn't want use talking. Last week, the Electricity went off for Three Days. The Landlord gave me no valid reason tried eviction but he he is adamant that I must be out in 30 DAYS (October 6th). Now I spent almost $3,000 on a deposit to move..
IN! Now, the Landlord is claiming the Security Deposited is Non-refundable according to the 'Contract' we signed! The Landlord promises me he will return the Last Month Deposit on my way out the Door but that isn't much help as I need to find ANOTHER Place ASAP. WHAT A DISASTER..
Now, the 30 Days is ending briefly and I am in a very tough situation.y Housing Prospects are looking Slim! I'm scrambling around trying to avoid couch surfing, who knows how long that will last! My hands are tied and my back is against the wall. My Son is less than Six Months...
Luckily, my Son is able to stay with the Child's Mother. As for me, Tuesday is the 30th Day. As much as I wanna just stay and claim squatters rights. The Landlord is already doing things to try to push me out the door and it's working. Any advice I would gladly appreciate.
I have never done anything even close to this before usually I leave my personal life out of my Twitter but I consider my followers, my family and I am asking for any type of help. Anything at All. Legal advice, Financial Helps! ANYTHING! I am extremely desperate to move on..
