so let's assume Rwanda has the capacity to take all the "new" "asylum seekers
that leaves the backlog in the UK of course who are exempt
so Rwanda takes in ALL of the asylum seekers the UK can ship in planes to it
other countries who are being "swamped" by refugees see the success of Rishi Sunak and decide to get in on some of that action
