Checking in with you all on a summary of how things are going #BattlefieldOpenBeta

🟢 Better health across all our servers. Rounds are filling up, taking place in the right regions, and Matchmaking is returning significantly less errors

🟠There were issues preventing all of our EA Play Members getting their Early Access. We've solved the majority of the issues that were causing this. The final issue which is preventing some folks from getting past the QR Code Screen is almost resolved. Thanks for the patience!

🎮 There's an odd issue we're investigating where some players on console are unable to press A/X, Y/△ to get past the welcome screen. A possible workaround has been suggested that encourages connecting the controller directly with a USB Cable, and disconnecting headsets/devices

Further updates! We deployed fixes targeted at folks who qualify for Early Access through EA Play on Epic and Steam, and then more recently pushed more fixes that help get more players in from Console #BattlefieldBeta

For folks who are curious as to how this issue has had repeated fixes delivered against it - a clarification that each fix was succesfull in ensuring the targeted subset of affected users were fixed, and gained their Early Access to the Open Beta.

After each fix rolled out, we've been able to identify the next subset of affected users (a smaller group with a more unique circumstance), and that pattern has continued.

Largely, we're in a great place and those still impacted are still being targeted for fixes.

Our Open Beta is now a few months old. We polish and enhance it to make sure that it's representative of the game we've built, but naturally we're making daily improvements, changes, and enhancements all the time.
