@anton_bakhtin @adamlerer DORA solves Diplomacy's combinatorial action space problem. It also suggests self play isn't enough to be superhuman in 7-player Diplomacy due to many equilibria, unlike chess, go, and 6-player poker. That motivates Diplomacy as an excellent domain for researching multi-agent AI.
