Disinformation (especially disinformation driven by social media emgines) is having real, measurable impact on our lives and our country every single day now, and I’m just flummoxed by the leaders and pundits who aren’t taking it seriously enough.

There are real, qualified people working every day on tackling this problem but their work needs to be taken seriously.
It’s funny, hackers are often some of the most anti-establishment folks I know, but they also mostly have strong critical thinking and science skills too, so things are kind of panning away from conspiracy theories for once.
When it’s our people pointing fingers at tin foil hats like “wow, you’re really off the deep end”… man. Half the hackers I know own bug-out bags, burners, and surveillance detection devices.
