This week at ICCV, we introduce "Neural Strokes," which learns to stylize a 3D model, from a single artist-drawn exemplar, using ideas from both ML stylization and classic NPR. Work by Difan Liu, with Matt Fisher, Evangelos Kalogerakis, and myself:

Our method generates vector graphics, which can be used for further editing or rendering.

In comparison, methods that operate solely on pixels lose geometry and topological information.
