3. The idea that Bill Shorten, who's been repeatedly brought up, could know about any this & Dan didn't is illogical.
A standard legal take is that knowing about something happening & not doing anything to stop it is equivalent to participating.

5. It has to be said. We're 2 days into what, if Carr's opening speech holds true, will be a minimum of 5 weeks of live hearings. This may end up being the most systemic & significant airing of dirty political laundry the state or country has seen to date. Buckle up.
