I can’t believe many years ago when I was frustrated with life, I blocked one of my former High School classmates on Facebook for buying an S500. He is an executive chef for a rich family in Dubai.
Anyway, we just reconnected and I am not jealous of his success anymore. Growth.
He was one of the more than 30 guys who didn’t get the grades to go beyond High School. He went to a Catering School while I joined Moi University. From then he relocated to Dubai. When he bought the Merc S500 I was earning KES 15K a month living in an SQ. Life is never fair.
I am glad we have reconnected and now I have someone to host me and the family next time we are in Dubai. Oh, he sold the Mercedese S500. Nowadays he has a Mercedes E350 and a Lamborghini. Lanes!
Jealousy is a bad thing and I am glad I am not in that place where I am jealous of other people’s successes. They give me motivation to work harder. No human is limited.
This sort of experience is why I understand why there are so many people who wake up and are just angry at other people for no reason. Worse still, people they have never met. I hope they grow as I have. Soon.

Internship. There are better opportunities of Internship from local organisations than International organisations. In fact, many international organisations don't even pay interns.
Reflect and really understand what you really want to do in your career. It's good to have that focus. This helps tailor your job search. Same way you curate your TL.
