1052|Kawasaki disease was thought to be the likely aetiology. Managed Conservatively,was bridged to warfarin,in addition to DAPT and low-dose metoprolol. Was discharged on the above regimen. No symptoms.Subsequent follow up showed improved apical dyskinesia and resolved thrombus.

1052|C 1Month follow-up Echo showed resolved apical dyskinesia.

1052|E CAE affects men (2.2%) more than women (0.5%). Atherosclerosis is the most common factor responsible in older adults,whereas Kawasaki disease in younger populations. Results from degradation of extracellular matrix in the media resulting in luminal size increase.

1052| FDiagnosis by coronary angiography.Most found incidentally.4 Types:1 is diffuse ectasia with aneurysmal changes in two or more vessels,2 is diffuse ectasia in one vessel and discrete ectasia in a second,3 is diffuse ectasia in one vessel,4 is discrete ectasia in one vessel.
