1052|Kawasaki disease was thought to be the likely aetiology. Managed Conservatively,was bridged to warfarin,in addition to DAPT and low-dose metoprolol. Was discharged on the above regimen. No symptoms.Subsequent follow up showed improved apical dyskinesia and resolved thrombus.
