1) BRANDING
Before diving into your growing an audience on IG
ask yourself the following questions
Who am I addressing ?
What do I want to be known for ?
What’s my speciality?
What are my desired (niche) interested in?
- What are 5-10 problems my niche is facing?
- What are the 10-15 biggest IG pages in my niche? (Study them)
- What are main 2-3 colours representing my theme page?
Having your branding on point is essential to your growth/reputation and monetization on IG
Your IG page is like a funnel
Will go in depth on each that make up the branding of your Instagram page
a) profile picture
b) bio
c) stories
d) feed / reels
FYI everything I say in this thread isn’t set in stone
Test things out and see what works for you
A) PROFILE PICTURE
- professional HD picture or HQ logo
Either one must properly represent the purpose of your page
- Make sure its aligned with your page’s colour / message
B) BIO
Your bio contains the following
- Who you are / Credentials
- Your target market and how you help them solve their biggest problem
- What you offer
- a CTA to product/service/store
Your bio may vary as well depending if your running a personal brand or ig theme page but you get the point
Feel free to mix it up but see what your competition is doing but don’t copy them word for word have some sauce
C) STORIES (will be going deep on this in another thread can make alot of $$ if done smartly)
- Benefits of posting stories
- generate inbound leads (will be going deep in another thread)
- Educate your audience
-Understand your audience while building a connection with them
Post between 4-8 times a day / every 2h
Try to share things that appeal to your specific ICP in your niche
Keep your story full is important because it will significantly increase your reach as you will always be at the top of your followers page
*conversion hack : Promote your service or info product within the first 1-3 story slides
As you post more throughout the day those first three slides will have the most views therefore increasing your % of inbound lead therefore sales .
d) FEED / REELS
- same 2-3 colours
- Speak to your audience
- Mix content between
- aesthetics
- value carousels post
- 1 line value post
- promotional post to your service/offer + value
See what type of posts resonate the most with your audience
Check out your top 10 competitors and see which type of posts get the best response from their audience
apply that type of content and double down
2) HQ TARGETED CONTENT STRATEGY
Having really good aesthetic / valuable content is extremely important
Actually having the content that appeals the most with your audience is ideal and that can be tricky as it involves testing / adapting / patience
and also this is a time consuming tasks I recommend to train a VA show them how to properly use social studio

You’ll have more time to focus on major tasks
Double down on reels and any new instagram features
the algorithm will thank you by pushing your reach
w/quality targeted content you could blow up overnight
Had one client generate high 5 figures in the space of a week for his coaching offer from one reel that got 2.7 million plays
Will write a thread regarding reels if this thread gets traction
Captions
This is where your copy skills kick in
Captions can grow your accounts, drive inbound leads and grow your email list etc
You can control how massive traffic acts with the right words ; powerful thing
I am currently learning copy and have lots of work to do

This is just a brief overview of content strategy
Make sure to have a weekly schedule for your VA regarding what type of posts/reels/stories/ captions to put out on a weekly basis
It can be easily systemized quickly especially now with SS
