38yr old male who is case of stable CKD since 2008 with creatinine of 3 & small size kidneys... his kidneys worsened due to covid in March and creatinine went upto 6...told him to be in close follow up ..he didn't listen and started taking ayurvedic medicine 
Now creatinine went upto more than 14 & urea 350, not just that his hemoglobin which was in good range during all these years drop down to 4gm and his platelets also very low ..less than 50thousands .. probably due to his bone marrow is also damaged due to these medicines
He was taking these four bottles since last 6 months....they r not cheap Even though..the cost of these 4 bottles is equal to chemotherapy drugs. This is not the story of this patient alone...this is the story of thousands of patients who were lured by these alternative medicine
Practitioners in the name of complete cure for incurable diseases...many patients died before they reach appropriate care...who is responsible for this meance... should we blame the people's ignorance who didn't accept the mere truth & approached them in expectations of miracles
Or should we blame those alternative medicine practitioners who r treating their patients with false hopes and charging them exuberant or should we blame the govt Babu's who keep harass #EBM doctor's but didn't frame appropriate regulations for these alternative system
In India rules and regulations to practice medicine is applicable for only to the doctor's who practice #EBM after qualifying proper training system....but anyone can make any herbal product and can sell to public in the name of miracle cure without proper RCTs
When govt spends thousands of crores in their budget for alternative system..why can't it frame regulations and laws equal to #EBM including legal punishments and make them accountable, rules for proper trials

Just see the composition of all those four bottles prescribed to patient, those contain more or less same herbal products in various quantities, so if a patient takes all those 4 bottles, they will be consuming each herb in extreme toxic doses. @moayush why u allow such practices
Funny part is few health journalist who continuously rant about #EBM health sector..never mind about non sense happening in the name of #AYUSH
