1) I think I stumble into something relevant in regards to the SEC vs. Ripple and why they keep stalling and why XRP price discovery still hasn’t been established even though other digital assets keep pumping to new ATH. @WorkingMoneyCH @digitalassetbuy @RuleXRP @MoonLamboio

2) The use of an initial letter "X" for purposes of currency is to facilitate the ISO 3166 rule that no official country code beginning with X will ever be assigned for their currencies. Only commodities like gold, Silver and precious metals will be designated with such a symbol.

3) XRP was designed as world wide currency to facilite cross border payments. XLM was deigned as a fork of XRP by Jeb McCaleb who we all know is one of the original XRP creator. X=No country, No border.

4) But what if I tell you, that all of this Ripple Vs SEC is just a ruse to get the weak hands out and to cap the price of XRP to a level that no ordinary investor can obtain.

5) First I present you exhibit 1 of many: This is OFAC which stands for “Office of foreign Asset Control” and its a division of US Department Of treasury. They are the sanctioning body of the US treasury and they consider XRP a currency.

6) Which means, that they can tell @GaryGensler & the @SECGov to kick rocks. #ofac Is standing on the side lines while everything is put in place & rails are built. The SEC lawsuit is just being used to stall & get the weak hands out. They called XRP a digital currency. MHO

7) This report is the 2019 Annual Report from US department of the Treasury. Which Calls XRP a digital asset (typical unit of a currency or commodity) nothing is mentioned about being a security. Look who signed it?

8) This job posting was from RIPPLE, which was already filled, still trying to find out who is the new director. As you can see, the candidate must have experience and working knowledge of OFAC: yeah, the enforcement agency that regulate currencies sanctions around the world.

9) as you can see, everything is interconnected and XRP will be the world reserved currency. Nothing like this has ever been built. Just a matter of time. XRP is inevitable!
