Today, I would like to share 5 ways how I dealt with my anxiety.

1. Planning
Oh, how underrated this habit is!
Planning helps me sort my mind and gets me through the day like a hero.
I always ask my clients to make a to-do list, because I swear by it.
It may seem simple, but this little planning of the day can be very effective.
A simple to-do list helps you prioritise your work, not miss out anything important and give you the satisfaction of ticking tasks off your list (love how it feels!).
This will help you to a great extent to keep your anxiety levels in check.
For me, to-do lists calm the flood of thoughts in my mind and turn them into a peaceful lake.
2. Help Others
The best way to help your mental health is to help others.
Nothing will make you happier than knowing that you're the reason for someone else's happiness.
Join an NGO, a community or you can simply start by helping out your folks at home and taking some burden off their shoulders.
To serve others is to serve God, and that my friend, will bring you contentment and joy in life.
3. Breathe Deeply
No, not just when you're feeling anxious, but otherwise too.
Whenever you become aware of your breathing pattern and find it shallow, close your eyes and practice deep breathing.
This will instantly rejuvenate your mind and keep anxiety at bay.
4. Meditate With Someone
Feeling anxious and meditating alone may not help your case (for some, it may).
Ask a friend, a parent or your partner to sit with you for a few minutes and meditate together.
Meditating in solitude is powerful, but meditating with someone can uplift your mood tremendously and make you peaceful.
This will help you and them!

5. Talk To Someone
Call and meet that one one who you know will understand you and guide you in the right direction.
Talk your heart out to them.
When you speak out loud about your feelings, you understand yourself and your struggles better.
P.S. Remember, you can always, always seek professional help as well; even if your trouble seems insignificant to you.
