@MysteryWire 1-A long time ago, in the early 90's or thereabouts. I saw a program that discussed the issue of UFO's over nuclear sites.

Since I had direct access to an ET handler, I asked her what that was about. Her answer both puzzled me and set up some red flags.

@MysteryWire 2-The first thing I recall her saying when asked that question was that the issue was a varied one. Different circumstances lead to such situations.

It was clearly going to be a long-winded reply.

@MysteryWire 3-The first item she touched on was that they needed to test if they could effectively control the hardware in the missile and what's attached to it.

She started going into lecturing tangents about how these systems are vulnerable to outside interference.

@MysteryWire 4-She revealed then, something which I didn't know, which is that apparently, electronics emit structured emissions which can be intercepted.

She went through a detailed explanation of how globally nations shielded sensitive sites and how they attempted to block interception...

@MysteryWire 5-...of signals as well as make the hardware hardened against signals interference.

She explained at that time that the same is true of Silo's where nuclear materials are stored. The complex has various shielded components that according to her the ET's and the Human Groups are

@MysteryWire 6-...constantly in a cat and mouse game of seeing how vulnerable the systems are.

The ET disable the systems and test existing vulnerabilities of those systems. She claimed a team within Human Groups was tasked with hardening existing implementations against ET interference.

@MysteryWire 7-She said, they turn it off or scramble the programing, someone human comes in takes it offline, figures out what happened then tries different strategies to mitigate the problem.

Which in turn requires the next round of ET checks to see if they can still circumvent security.

@MysteryWire 8-She then jumped into infrastructure vulnerabilities but I digress. Then, she also said they activate missiles and alter the parameters.

I asked why?

She claimed then, that Human Groups and ET had a very tenuous relationship. A very antagonistic relationship with one another.

@MysteryWire 9-She explained that they had agreements in place with Human Groups. And sometimes Human Beings did things that were still within the scope of an agreement but which would be troublesome for the ET factions.

Such as disclosing certain types of information.

@MysteryWire 10-Often the case, that as a form of a threat, the ET would turn on nuclear systems and wait until word reached appropriate sources.

She said different factions had proxies on Earth that would be used for communicating ongoing problems and sometimes Human beings went in a...

@MysteryWire 11-...tangent of behavior that they didn't like. So they would threaten humanity by such actions and eventually, the Human Groups would back down.

I dunno what she was talking about, but she kept flashing a battle group of the Navy in my mind. Or about people disclosing data.

@MysteryWire 12-I asked her, how exactly did they affect systems that were under several feet of concrete and hardened against interference from the outside?

She was evasive, but only explained that there are vehicles with appropriate hardware. That the UFO will fly over the location...

@MysteryWire 13-...Begin firing a focused beam down into the facility, and then the craft (she claimed) would begin imaging the facility by moving in erratic patterns as if dancing in the sky.

She said the beam itself is not scanning the facility but the interference it causes can be used...

@MysteryWire 14-...to image the internal corridors and equipment. She more or less said it was like 3D mapping of an MRI but in 3D space.

Then she claimed the specific component in the facility would be targeted and they can model the dynamics of the system using something akin to an A.I.

@MysteryWire 15-I asked her to model the system?

She said she had to be careful in what she divulged, but the ET A.I. would model the specific interactions (electrical and communication pulses) inside the hardware and determine how to affect the hardware as well as capture its state data.

@MysteryWire 16-She then claimed the beam could be utilized to introduce specific structured data into the ground system via the A.I. control.

Giving them the ability to both captures the latest designs in use by Human Groups and the ability to test scramble the code.

@MysteryWire 17-She claimed that the party in charge would take that data with them and go somewhere with it where it could be further worked on to find new vulnerabilities.

Waiting on Human Groups to adapt to this, and that whole cycle repeats over and over again.

@MysteryWire 18-I more or less asked her what about fighters in flight?

She only more or less said that they knew the specs and limitations of many devices. They just need to periodically test vulnerabilities against adaptations.

(Keep in mind this discussion was before A.I. was a thing)

@MysteryWire 19-I should also probably add, that some ET's see the Earth as a great investment. They also "live"/"work" here.

They want to inhabit the Earth openly, the Earthly population isn't their main concern as much as keeping the biosphere in a healthy work order.

@MysteryWire 20-People who are under the impression that it's all about saving Humanity are in for a rude awakening.

If anything, the ET's I knew are looking to minimize the current Earthly population. There is a series of catastrophes coming very soon, that they all know about.

@MysteryWire 21-"In fact", Disclosure 1 is quickly unrolling because there is no perceived "loss".

There is a dividing demarcation line in time. Where a massive amount of people are about to expire.

The "ET" don't see time as we do, and they've already talked and calculated about large...

@MysteryWire 22-...swaths of the population as if they are already dead in their future plans.

It's literally an "open secret".

I kinda look on incredulously at people who think Disclosure is a portend of Enlightenment.

There is even a nuclear exchange in some of their scenarios.
