In late April 2016, Sussmann had the DNC hire CrowdStrike to investigate and remediate the hack of DNC’s network. According to Mueller’s indictment of Russian hackers, the stolen files were exfiltrated beginning May 25, while CrowdStrike was on the scene investigating and
monitoring. Shaun Henry later testified that CS never saw direct evidence that anything left the system. But according to The NY Times, Sussmann and DNC officials met in mid June with the FBI and asked that the govt promptly attribute the hack to Russia:
At the same time, they went to the WaPo with news of the Russian hack, and Alperovitch of CS published a report attributing it to Russia: paper.seebug.org/papers/APT/APT…
Clearly Sussmann, along with the DNC, pushed the Trump/Russia cyber connection with Alfa Bank. Did the same players play the same game with the DNC hack?
Then in late December there was the ICA being written, and Sussmann contacted the CIA representing Joffe, who apparently was anxious to have the debunked Alfa Bank narrative included. What about the DNC hack too?

Merick Garland promised he would remove politics from the Dept of Justice. Now, there is no stronger proof of the hollowness of those words than his own memo in response to a Sept 29 letter to the WH from the NSBA. Garland’s politically charged, attempted federalization of local
school politics has turned into an utter embarrassment to the DOJ and the administration. First, Garland admitted to Congress that the DOJ had no genuine data showing that violence and threats of violence against local school boards were a serious national problem. Second, he
admitted that parents except using their First Amendment rights were not domestic terrorists and were not candidates for prosecution under the Patriot Act. Without expressly saying so, Garland repudiated the hot button language in the very letter he admitted had been the primary

It’s no surprise that wooden-headed Peter Strzok has yet again weighed in on the Russiagate investigation. He argues, for the umpteenth time, that Durham and all his predecessors have a chilling effect on the FBI’s honorable calling to protect us all from evil Russia- even if that
means accepting that not everyone who is an FBI source always tells the whole truth- indeed, they may even shade things if they have hidden motives. The FISA process is such a great tool that such things can be overlooked, Strzok seems to suggest. Strzok’s piece in and of itself
is evidence of someone with a motive who only gives a portion of the story, making what he wrote entirely misleading. He goes on about a Section 1001 omission charge, and suggests that perhaps Sussmann’s defense will be that as a “source,” Sussmann had no duty to disclose who his

Paul Sperry has now come out with the most complete description of where Durham is headed with his Alfa Bank - Trump Organization phony communications channel case, as described in the Sussmann false statement indictment. realclearinvestigations.com/articles/2021/…
According to Sperry’s sources, National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan figures prominently as the head of a conspiracy to present false information to the FBI before the 2016 election, and to the FBI and CIA after Trump took office, to tar Trump as a candidate and then as
President, for colluding with Russia. Sperry describes the mis-use of private, personal electronic data, to target and spy on four persons in the Trump orbit, including Gen Flynn and Carter Page.

In this article and video by the American Center for Law and Justice about Steele and his interview with George Stephanopoulis, Ric Grenell makes a critical point: Gatherers of raw intelligence understand that the consumers of such Intel try to make educated guesses as to what
facts and conclusions should be drawn. In making those assessments, it is critical that all raw intelligence be considered, including whatever may point in the opposite direction. aclj.org/government-cor…
Grenell makes the point that what Steele did doesn’t fit this pattern. Rather, his work wasn’t designed to produce standard raw intelligence, but was political. He made no effort to describe facts tending to discredit his theories. This aspect of Steele’s work and his

I recommend this article by @aaronjmate , about the role of Sussmann and Elias of Perkins Coie, contracting with Crowdstrike and Fusion GPS, the chief creators of the Russiagate narrative: realclearinvestigations.com/articles/2021/…
It’s worthwhile to compare the major effort lead by Sussmann to have CrowdStrike attribute the DNC hack to Russia, with the total radio silence at the time when another cyber security company, SecureWorks, almost simultaneously reported a hack or attempted hack of Sussmann’s main
client, the Clinton Campaign. The day after CrowdStrike went public with its conclusion that Russia hacked the DNC (despite the absence of any direct evidence that anything had been exfiltrated), SecureWorks published a report that top officials in the Clinton Campaign had been

Latest news on the integrity of voting machines: Kurt Olsen, a lawyer for Mike Lindell, appeared on Steve Bannon’s War Room today with a bombshell. He says that his legal team just learned that last week in a case in GA, a 25,000 word expert report by Professor Haderman of Univ
of Michigan, was filed under seal. The report addresses serious vulnerabilities in Dominion electronic voting systems that leave them exposed to hacking and tampering, jeopardizing the integrity of elections. Mr. Olsen read from an affidavit of Prof, Halferman, in which he
summarizes the issued and requests permission to deliver the report to CISA so that agency could take appropriate action given primaries for the 2022 election are only 9 months away. The request to unseal the report is being fought by SoS Raffensberger and by Dominion.
