People think it's cool to go on bike rides and post pics everywhere but this pic of #AjithKumar captures exactly what it feels like. Riding hundreds of kilometres a day is exhausting and our Indian weather is unforgiving. Then why do we riders enjoy doing it? (1/5)
Riding puts you into a meditative trance that makes you forget the stress and pressure we endure in our personal and private life every day. There's also something primal about being out there, open to the elements & all the risks that come with it. (2/5)
The biggest luxury during rides is finding that tea shop in the middle of nowhere which we use to refuel and stretch our legs. It also gives an opportunity to converse with the locals - something one wouldn't get to do in any other means of transport! (3/5)
And of course, you won't enjoy it if you don't love the bike you're on. A love for the two-wheelers is mandatory and rides test both the limits of you and the machine. (4/5)
Speaking of which, I'm in love with the riding set-up #Ajith has. With the BMW R1250 GS (I think), the Dainese gears, those brilliant panniers and tank bag, and the lighting systems, the man can even ride on mars! #Impressed
