Jeffrey McKellop, a former member of U.S. Special Forces, will be in court tomorrow afternoon trying to secure pretrial release. Here’s video of one of several attacks he made on police on Jan. 6:

"The officers attacked by the defendant will suffer lifelong consequences. Indeed, time has demonstrated that the officer whom the defendant stabbed in the face [with a flagpole] will likely have a permanent scar.”
Here’s McKellop stabbing the officer with the flagpole, then "throwing the flagpole like a spear as the officer retreated.”
