"Open This Thread At Your Own Risk"
You opened it. Well whilst you're here let me remind you that:
you are loved, you are worthy, you are enough and always will be.
Everything will come to you at the perfect time.
You may have failed, but you’re not a failure. That was a moment in your life; that was one season.

It doesn’t determine your future.

Don’t let that mistake define you.
Don’t worry about how things are going to work out for you; just believe that they will.
Better days are coming.

You won’t always wake up in the morning with a heavy heart.
Do not try to please everyone because you will never be truly happy.

Keep doing things that you love doing.

You are more than good enough. Do not think otherwise.

You have conquered everything and nothing can stop you.
Nothing is as chaotic as it seems.
Nothing is worth your health.
Nothing is worth poisoning yourself into stress, anxiety, and fear.

Smile, breathe and go slowly.
If it’s out of your hands, it deserves freedom from your mind also.
What others think/say doesn't matter.

They don't know anything about you or the battles you're fighting alone.
You're not dramatic, you're not exaggerating.

It's okay to feel whatever emotions you want.

Your feelings are valid.
Your value doesn't decrease based on someone's inability to see your worth.
You are an unstoppable force.
You get one life, take risk.
You're loved, someone out there loves you more than you think.
Remind yourself everyday that:

- I am amazing
- I can do anything
- Positivity is a choice
- I am prepared to succeed
- I celebrate my individuality
Build a strong mindset.

You live your life on auto pilot because you don't know what to do with your life.
Read the book "Live Intentionally" to change your

- habits,
- daily routine,
- mindset,
- become strong and
- disciplined.

"10 Habits that you need to change as soon as possible"

Thread
1. Comparing your life.

You’re on a different journey. Comparing yourself to someone else won’t do any good.

Trying to justify that you’re doing better than someone else is not good. Ego. Let go.
2. Don’t spend BEFORE you earn.

A lot of us do this. Spending money because “oh, next week my job earnings will cover back what I spent”.

This way, you’ll NEVER save money. Spend after you earn, and put aside savings where you can’t touch it.

2. Quality time:

It’s healthy to spend time alone.

Stop letting people make you feel selfish for putting yourself first.

Do whatever makes you happy :

- Listen to happy/nostalgic songs
- Watch a funny film
- Make something
