During the Rittenhouse motions today the State was ridiculed by the judge for saying “all we are talking about here is arson” to which the judge responded “I can’t believe some of the things you’re saying.. come on!”
The full exchange of the prosecutor arguing against the judge permitting video evidence of Kyle Rittenhouse’s assailants behavior and actions on the night of August 28, 2020.

The judge previously denied prosecution’s request to admit video of Kyle Rittenhouse’s involvement in previous entanglements as it had nothing to do with Rittenhouse’s right to self defense in a completely separate incident.

During arguments the prosecution argued against the defense referring to radical left violent extremists Joseph Rosenbaum, Anthony Huber, and Gaige Grosskreutz as “rioters, looters, and arsonists”.

The prosecution continues to cry about the judge not permitting the prosecution to refer to the three above named terrorists as “victims”.

Kyle was looking sharp in today’s motions hearing.
It appears as though Kyle is rightfully being coached as to how to properly maintain his appearance to better suit a favorable ruling with the jury.

Brooks argued about any and every thing he could possibly mumble. He claimed the witnesses available were in the wrong order. He was stated that he wanted Detective Guth available for further questioning later.
Brooks continued playing his usual disruptive games.
Brooks “I don’t take this as a game.. you ain’t gotta explain nothing to me.. it is unfair.. your life is not on the line. MINE IS!! *shakes finger at the judge*”
Brooks called former girlfriend, Erika Patterson to the stand.
Today we will hear testimony from more of the remaining 9 witnesses for Brooks. We will also surely hear more sovereign citizen garbage — And Brooks will likely waste the court’s time by asking witnesses irrelevant questions multiple times.
Okay let’s get to it. Brooks appeared as “third party” wearing a suit, tie, and he has returned to wearing his mask.
Judge Dorow dismissed Brooks’ oral motion for a dismissal from yesterday.
Brooks was instructed to call one of 3 witnesses currently at the courthouse.
Get your popcorn ready!! Today has every sign of being an amazingly crazy show. This morning the State will rest their case and from there who knows where things might go.
Court starts at 8:45a cst
Darrell Brooks appears in court again not as Darrell Brooks but as a third party intervener for his client the defendant.
Today the jury is scheduled to go offsite to view Brooks’ SUV that he drove through the Christmas Parade, killing 6 and injuring 62 others. The State is expected to rest their case sometime this afternoon as well, provided that Brooks doesn’t interfere with the schedule.
The morning began with Brooks voicing that he is not Brooks and appearing sad a third party representative.
